Current Programs

Laurel House Project – is a two pronged program of service and donations. Members may volunteer service, donate needed items, or money. There are opportunities for all Branch members to participate and support “the vision of ending domestic violence in each life, home, and community.”

Let’s Read Math ™ – is a project to help children and their caregivers talk about and ENJOY doing math. Our program is targeted towards children in grades K-3. We conduct workshops at public libraries in Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in spring, fall, and summer. Our approach is to read delightful books that have math themes, then do fun related math activities.

PAGES (Philadelphia Area Girls Enjoying Science) ™ – is a science program for sixth grade girls held at Chestnut Hill College in the spring and fall. Women in science oriented careers volunteer to direct mini workshops. Our branch participants help to guide the girls and help wherever needed on those two Saturday mornings.
